Walkden Cricket Ground
We are delighted to have submitted plans to the local authority for a new pavilion and 91 houses for Great Places Housing Association.
Rippondale Vale
Ripponden Vale is an exclusive development on the site of a former garage at Dam Top. The spacious three and four bedroom houses overlook the River Ryburn, and houses in the first phase have gardens and a woodland area.
Victoria Meadows
Victoria Meadows, off Halifax Road, will be our third project in this stunning village and consist of 24, three and four bedroom properties, some with stunning views over the River Ryburn.
Crimble Mill
The site comprises of refurbishing the Grade 2 star listed building into 33 apartments and restaurants/offices along with 31 newbuild around the mill and a further 150 units on the fields above it.
