These two houses on the East Lancs are a special development for us here at Redwaters, as they are the first project by Redwaters! In 1975 Joe McCaul began work on the two properties after selling his previous company ‘Ashton & McCaul Construction’ and they are still lived in to this day!

The houses are located on the East Lancs Road which is a special road as Joe’s father, Patrick, worked on the road digging it out by hand when he moved over from Ireland 51 years prior in 1924.
