Description
Redwaters are currently on site in Worsley. The site comprises of a new office for the Redwater Group of Companies and the construction of the new Chaddock Hall along with 4 semi-detached houses.
All 6 properties have been sold and the site is expected to be completed early 2025.
Chaddock Hall
Chaddock Hall is the gemstone of the Chaddock Hall Drive site. A historic Grade 2 listed building, the Hall is currently under reconstruction by Redwaters after being damaged by fire in 2014. Reconstruction is aimed for completion in Early 2025.
The Hall will consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. Residents of Chaddock Hall will also enjoy access to the communal garden as will residents of Chaddock Hall Lane. The history of Chaddock Hall can be traced back to the 13th Century and in that time it is steeped in historical value from sieges of the hall in the 14th Century to being a school for girls in the 19th Century.
The Barn provides 3 separate office spaces for our different teams such as accounts & construction! The offices include access to toilets (with disabled access) and kitchen spaces.
The Barn
The Barn at Chaddock Hall is now the headquarters for us here at Redwaters following completion of reconstruction. The whole team is excited to be working from such a historical building.
Previous Phases
The earlier phase of Chaddock Hall Drive was completed years prior and has been a small safe community for residents since.

Phase 1 of Chaddock Hall Drive consists of 17 semi-detached and terraced properties, the properties include private gardens or a private balcony with some properties having both.
The communal areas of Chaddock Hall Drive include a pond and the estate is provided security and privacy by its gated entrance.
