We crossed the border in 2014 to start work on an exclusive gated development of  nine houses in the popular village of Ripponden in West Yorkshire.

It was our first Yorkshire development,  but because Riverside Court was such a success , we now have other projects in the county. Riverside consists of three-storey houses in a courtyard setting with a pergola overlooking the River Ryburn. It is believed to be the only gated development in the area and was finished in 2015. The urban and contemporary design was aimed at young professionals, families and those down-sizing. 
The houses with two parking spaces and back gardens, are in the middle of the village, which recently featured in the Sunday Times Best Places To Live in Britain list .  The trendy village has lots of restaurants and wine bars and is close to the M62 motorway and  less than 30 minutes to both Manchester and Leeds.
