Inglenook Court is a development we are very proud of, turning two derelict school blocks into prestigous Georgian style apartments and bungalows. Construction began shortly before Christmas in 2001 and the MP for Leigh at the time, Andy Burnham, opened the site!

The site consists of 12 apartments and 2 bungalowes that have access to a communal garden, all properties were sold amid high interest. Redwaters Director Sean McCaul said at the time “This is a great example of regeneration in the local area. We have taken two derelict buildings that were subject to misuse and created a high quality scheme that does not detrat but enhances the surrounding area. We are very proud of this scheme which has been reflected in the unprecedented demand for the properties.”
