2019, A year to be proud of
They say that a new home is the starting place of love, hope and dreams………
If this is the case we have certainly spread plenty of happiness already in 2017.
Over 40 families and individuals have bought new homes from us this year, and three of our sites in Thelwall, Cheshire, Ripponden, West Yorkshire, and Chaddock Hall, Astley have sold out.
Bridge House at Thelwall – our first Cheshire development – has been a huge success, and the first phase at both Ripponden and Astley proved popular . Seventeen houses were up for grabs at Chaddock and went, while seven houses in Ripponden quickly sold.
Work starts this summer on the second phase at both Ripponden and Astley and we are confident houses and apartments here will be quickly snapped up . Astley Point – our most ambitious project ever – is also proving to be a big hit.
More than 50 construction men are working on the £10 million cutting-edge housing, restaurant and development site near our HQ in Astley, and in a few months time we will be announcing exciting news about which well known restaurant and bar brands will be opening there.
Prices for the 14 houses and 14 apartments are due to be released this August , and there is already a database with more than 150 names. If you would like to be invited to our launch day in late summer please get in touch.
Going forward we still have a few houses for sale at Meadow Rise, Warton, and we have plans in the pipeline for new developments in Worsley, Astley and Ripponden .
We have also moved to bigger offices in Worsley, because we outgrew our old building in Astley. We have innovative plans for our new site on Chaddock Lane and hope to submit plans shortly. Watch this space…..
