Astley Point

Past Developments

Bespoke development projects throughout the North West.

We build residential, leisure and commercial developments in highly desirable locations.

Completed Projects

Astley Brook Wigan

Astley Brook

Astley Brook was the first sizable new housing development in the village of Astley, Wigan,  for over 10 years and proved an instant success.

Astley Gate

Astley Gate

We have got a soft spot for this scheme because it’s where we used to hangout, and it won us an urban design award from Wigan Council. It’s our baby and it just keeps growing and getting better and better.

Astley Point

Astley Point

Astley Point is without a doubt our most exciting project to date. This £9 million cutting-edge housing and restaurants development is certainly going to be the place to be in Astley!

Bridge House

Bridge House

Bridge House is a magnificent two-acre gated development nestled in a conservation area on the edge of the picturesque village of Thelwall.  The village is fast becoming one of Cheshire’s creme de la crème places to live.

Draper House

Draper House

A former haulage yard that was also used for caravan storage. Not the prettiest of sites until our clever architects and builders got to work.

Kingshill Manor

Kingshill Manor

Three years ago we completed our first bungalow development in the centre of Tyldsley, Wigan. We demolished the 100-year-old former Kingshill Special School and built 12 bungalows on the site.

Kirkham Road

Kirkham Road

This was a challenging site because of the long and narrow shape of the land. It was a former farm yard so we designed contemporary barn style houses in keeping with surrounding farm buildings.

Riverside Court

Riverside Court

We crossed the border in 2014 to start work on an exclusive gated development of nine houses in the popular village of Ripponden in West Yorkshire.

Warton

Warton

We have built nine houses in the quaint village of Warton. Warton is on the Flyde in Lancashire. It sits on the banks of the River Ribble and is around six miles west of Preston and eight miles south-east of Blackpool making it handy for the shops and coast.
