Sean McCaul
Managing Director
When it comes to having an eye for spotting a cracking piece of land, Sean is in a class of his own. He trained as a Land Surveyor and has a Valuation Surveying degree.
He joined his family business 25 years ago after gaining experience working for some of the big boys in the building trade.
Neil Cartwright
Managing Director
Neil is an all rounder in the true sense of the word. After leaving school he was taken on as an apprentice professional cricketer at the home of cricket, Lord’s, and for 12 months was part of the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) staff.
He says the experience has helped him enormously in the business world because he’s a team player, fights to the end and hates losing! Neil ran his own insurance company before moving into property in 1995.
Dave Kirkland

Our Accountant Dave Kirkland isn’t just an expert in figures he knows a thing or two about football and music. Dave has worked in finance since he left school, and for 19 years was in the office at the University of Manchester, followed by 15 years working for one of the UK’s high street fashion brand.
Meghan Parkinson
Account Manager
Meghan is our longest serving member of staff, starting her career at Redwaters as Office junior back in 2007. Since then she has grown her role and responsibilities making her a key member of our team and her knowledge is essential to the daily running of the office.
